Grappa and snow in Champoluc

Celebrate a fabulous liquor such as grappa and combine it with passion for snow: this is Grappa & Neve, an event that was created in Cervinia in 2000 and that will bring zest to two fundamental aspects of the Aosta Valley culture.

The day will focus on two events, the cocktail competition, where competitors will introduce cocktails that will enhance this lovely liquor and a slalom competition with skis or snowboard.

Every competition will see two rankings and two prizes, the “Grappa e Neve 2022 Prize” for the best cocktail and the *Utmost comfort prize” for the Slalom and Cocktail combination.

Add a Grappa Masterclass and guided tastings to the mix and the outcome will be a stellar event.

This is your chance to (re)discover the taste of an excellent liquor in the unique setting of Champoluc in the Ayas Valley.
