Cronoescalada Introd–Les Combes
Uphill time trial Introd-Les Combes
The classic uphill mountain race, with individual time‑trial starts from Introd and finish in Les Combes, returns for its 18th edition. Appreciated by athletes and mountain‑running enthusiasts, the Introd–Les Combes hill climb is part of the Valle d’Aosta martze à pià running circuit, carrying forward the region’s long‑standing mountain‑running tradition.
Open to FIDAL competitive categories: Cadets, U18, U20, U23, Senior and Master. A pure, essential challenge for those who love testing themselves against steep gradients and the rhythm of the climb.
Team Vertical Challenge
Alongside the individual time trials, the event features the Team Vertical Challenge, a unique format that turns the ascent into a collective effort. Each team consists of three athletes - even from different clubs - and must include both genders, with at least one woman. The three runners start together, stay united throughout the climb, and cross the finish line as one: the official time is that of the third athlete. A race that rewards teamwork, strategy and true cohesion.
Baby Run “Around the Castle”
At 18:00, the spotlight turns to children with the Baby Run “Around the Castle”, a fun, non‑competitive activity for preschool and primary school kids. A simple, safe and enjoyable loop around the Introd castle, giving young participants the excitement of a real sports event.
