- Description of the itinerary: The itinerary starts from Plan Coumarial and continues following path nr. 3. You will cross Seerafredda valley and Carisey valley uphill to the pass. From there. after a last climb, you will reach the Coda Refuge.
- There is the possibility to have lunch at the Coda Refuge, or packed lunch
