Night walk with snowshoes in the Cheneil basin

With a starting altitude of 2000 metres, the excursion to the Cheneil basin can be defined as one of the most beautiful in Valtournenche.

Leave the car in the car park at the foot of Cheneil (Loc. La Barmaz) and reach the splendid valley with the help of the (free) lift. The excursion takes place inside the valley with a circular route, in the light of the full moon.

During the excursion we will look for the traces left by the animals and we will go to the discovery of nature’s secrets in the enchantment of the long winter night.

Participants: minimum 3, maximum 15 people
Recommended clothing, equipment and materials: Comfortable and warm overlapping clothing is required, gloves and hat, mountain boots or hiking boots, no monboot due to difficulty connecting to snowshoes.
Snowshoes: not provided
