The valley can be reached from Saint-Nicolas, along the road that from Saint Nicolas climbs to Vens, a traditional village that is worth exploring. From there, continue towards the Col de Joux, with its green lake, and descend along a dirt road to the small town of Jovençan, about 1,800 meters high.
Leave the car in the large parking area (specially created for the occasion) and continue on foot for less than 30 minutes following the road that crosses the valley and, after Lo Grand Baou, taking the path marked by the flags .
