Trio AQFN - “De André-PFM an unexpected story”

It was December 21, 1978 when the adventure of a strange artistic partnership began at the Palasport in Forlì, so strange that no one believed it could really work.

Sometimes, however, the predictions and calculations made at the table are completely denied by reality and the tour that Fabrizio De André was preparing to start with the PFM, turned into a stupendous event that in just over a month brought the musicians to perform successfully throughout Italy also recording two live albums that still today, after 45 years, are setting the standard.

The AQFN musical formation (group made up of all musicians from the Aosta Valley) offers a memory of that artistic partnership. The evening absolutely does not want to be a copy of what happened in the tour between 1978 and 79, every single concert being too unique and unrepeatable, but wants, through music, anecdotes and memories extrapolated from the interviews released by the protagonists of the time, recall the path that led to that fantastic musical success.
