Wednesdays at the Museum - different environments, differents naure - The alpine meadowland

The Regional Department of Public Works (section Territory and Environment) organizes, in cooperation with the guided of TrekAlps group, the Wednesdays at the Regional Museum of Natural Sciences “Efisio Noussan” in Saint-Pierre.

These workshops are called Wednesday at the Museum and propose to approach children to the world of nature with lightness, fun and curiosity, but always using a scientific approach.The guides of the TrekAlps group will accompany all children to discover the mysteries of nature with games, crafts and storytelling.  Children will have a lot of fun, but at the same time will receive all instruments to grow and wonder at the mysteries of nature.

• ^4th October: nature in town

• 18^th October: the bottom of the valleys
• 8^th November: the forest
• 22^nd November: the alpine meadowland
• 6^th December: the rocky walls
• 20^th December: the glaciers

Age group; from 6 to 11 years

Recommended equipment: pencil case with pens and pencils a snack and water
