Full-day hike along an iconic royal hunting trail used by King Victor Emmanuel II; a beautiful climb through a coniferous forest to reach the hunting lodges, now used as observation posts by the Valsavarenche park rangers. A beautiful itinerary in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, offering views of the Gran Paradiso mountain range as if from a balcony overlooking the world.

- Necessary clothing and equipment: warm, layered clothing, GORETEX hiking boots, après-ski shoes sorel type (no moon boot). Rucksack with packed lunch, gloves, caps, sunglasses.
