Wooden characters: creating magic with birch - Educational Carpentry Workshop

A short visit to the museum to discover the objects and sculptures made from birch. Afterwards, the children experiment in the workshop with the creation of a character using birch wood.
Activity aimed at children aged 3 to 12 years, offered from 3 pm to 5 pm.

A creative workshop is dedicated to birch manufacturing: during the activity, participants will be able to explore the beauty and versatility of this material, as well as get to know the main artisans in Valle d'Aosta who have used or still use this particular wood essence.
In the Educational Carpentry, a real child-friendly workshop with saws, drills and hammers, even the youngest children can work, in complete safety, like real craftsmen.
