- From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM flower market open and in full bloom in the square with a view of the Matterhorn.
At 10:00 AM, the atmosphere will be enlivened by the Saint-Vincent Municipal Band
At 10:15 AM, “Discovering the Rû du Pan Perdu”: for the more athletic, a hike accompanied by environmental hiking guide Gian Mario Navillod, about 2+2 km with 250 meters of elevation gain and the same descent.
Difficulty: hiking – includes some slightly exposed sections and short steep trail segments.

- 2:30 PM – “Antey, the Rû de Liès and the phantom lake” – a walk suitable for everyone, accompanied by environmental hiking guide Gian Mario Navillod. About 2+2 km round trip with a 100-meter elevation gain. Departure from the Town Hall, hamlet Le Bourg no. 1. Limited spots available, reservation required: +39 370 1003518.
- 3:00 PM – “Let’s colour our shopper bag” – natural dye workshop for children and teenagers, led by expert Ilaria from “Filifioriecolori”. Limited spots available, reservation required: +39 333 3325266.
- 3:15 PM – “How did our grandmothers make ointments?” – a demonstration-conference by Annie from the Centre d’Études Les Anciens Remèdes. A journey through traditional remedies, learning how to reinterpret them in a modern way for a healthy and sustainable future. Using simple kitchen ingredients – butter, lard, flour, oil, honey – combined with herbs, flowers, and essential oils, participants will witness the preparation of old-style ointments, as well as modern creams, oil infusions, and easy-to-use remedies for today. The demonstration will include the preparation of a foot powder for tired feet. Reservation required by Friday 23rd: +39 333 3589863.
- A musical group will enliven the event with a wandering performance through the village center from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, creating a welcoming atmosphere during lunch at the pavilion.
