The Forte di Bard, a fascinating fortress at the entrance of the Aosta Valley, opens its doors to all couples in love.
For Valentine’s Day, enjoy a romantic evening dedicated to art and flavour: meet at 7:00 PM for the aperitif, followed by the visit to Caravaggio’s masterpiece Saint John the Baptist and the exhibition Fernando Botero, Monumental Technique.

- Potato and beet salad with orange‑marinated trout
- Gazpacho with mozzarella bites and a sprig of chervil
- Savory brisé with tomino mousse, pomegranate seeds and late radicchio
