Welcome Winter live in Courmayeur

Winter welcome party at the foot of Mont Blanc: Courmayeur celebrates the snow season with the traditional lighting of the Christmas tree and of thousands of lights in the town.
The most magical moment of the year in Courmayeur is called Welcome Winter, a real party to greet the opening of the ski slopes.

At 5.30 pm, a DJ set will kick off the evening, enveloping the audience in a vibrant and expectant atmosphere.

Afterwards the traditional “push the button” will mark the start of the winter season, with a great light show that will bring to life the thousands of lights in the streets of the center until the large Christmas tree in Piazza Abbé Henry and the other fir trees between Courmayeur and the nearby villages are lit up, giving a sparkling start.

To make the evening unique, an artist will perform in the heart of the Jardin de l’Ange, transporting the audience into an engaging musical experience.
