Sesta edizione delle giornate di Scultura con motosega in programma dal 4 al 6 luglio 2025. Si comincia venerdì 4 luglio con la dimostrazione di scultura veloce in località Capoluogo, nei pressi del parco avventura, per poi proseguire sabato e domenica con la realizzazione di sculture con motosega in località Coumarial.

L’evento consiste in un’esibizione dal vivo di carving con la motosega, ovvero cinque scultori andranno a scolpire dei tronchi precedentemente abbattuti per realizzare delle vere e proprie opere d’arte. Tali sculture diventeranno di proprietà del Comune di Fontainemore, il quale si impegnerà a realizzare un percorso itinerante all’interno del proprio territorio.

  • Dato che negli ultimi decenni vi è stata un’espansione incontrollata dei boschi, l’obiettivo del Comune di Fontainemore è quello di creare una filiera del legno sul proprio territorio: dall’abbattimento controllato degli alberi alla lavorazione, sia per quanto riguarda la legna da ardere ed il cippato, sia per legname da lavoro, ivi compreso l’artigianato.
  • L’evento verrà realizzato all’aperto, nei pressi dell’area attrezzata del Coumarial, porta della Riserva Naturale del Mont Mars, nel rispetto delle distanze di sicurezza in vigore.
  • Durante le tre giornate saranno a disposizione giochi e animazione della tradizione per il divertimento dei più piccini;
