Music & Flavors with the Argena Quartet
Contact
On the occasion of Labor Day, music and friendship come together in a special evening featuring the Argena Quartet, a young jazz ensemble born in the vibrant heart of the Siena Jazz Academy, blending talent, passion, and a strong human connection.
The group’s name, Argena, is inspired by a peaceful farmstead between Siena and Arezzo—a symbolic place where both their friendship and music began to flourish. The atmosphere will be that of heartfelt, authentic jazz—an unmissable opportunity to be swept away by elegant sounds and vibrant rhythms.
The quartet is made up of four close-knit musicians, each playing a key role in the group’s unique sound. Let’s meet them:
Niccolò Monté Rizzi, on trumpet, the melodic leader of the group with his warm and bold tone, is the brilliant voice that initiates the musical dialogue.
Ariel Tricomi, on piano, paints harmonic landscapes rich in nuance, adding depth and color to the performance.
Matisse Berg, on double bass, supports and weaves rhythmic and harmonic lines with precision and sensitivity.
Gabriele Peretti, on drums, the heartbeat of the quartet, crafts refined grooves that move and surprise.
The event is free, dinner and drinks are optional.
If you’d like to try the delicious new offerings, book your table.
