Meeting of the Valle d'Aosta music bands

6pm - Opening concert at the tensile structure of Courmayeur
- Musical Band of Courmayeur-La Salle
- Youth band “Les gamins de la Haute Vallée”
- “La Filarmonica” guest band of Verghera
Saturday 9th June
2.00 pm - Performance of the bands in the municipalities of Courmayeur, Pré-Saint-Didier, La Thuile, Morgex and La Salle
4.30 pm - Parade of the bands towards the Bollino park
5.30 pm - Official greetings, awards, execution of the Conference Marches (with the participation of the primary schools of Courmayeur and La Salle). Following the Bands parade in the center of Courmayeur.
7.30 pm - Dinner for musicians at the Courmayeur Ice Hall
10.00 pm - Dancing evening with the “Group 3” orchestra - Free admission
Musical animations in turn of the Valle d’Aosta bands at the Skyway (starting at 14.30) on Saturday 2-16-23-30 June, 8-15-22-29 September and 6 October 2018.

The gathering of the musical bands, now in its 46th edition, as well as being a festive occasion, represents an event of considerable importance in which we can appreciate the quality and validity of the Valle d’Aosta bands.
The bands are part of the immense cultural and historical heritage of the Valle d’Aosta which is highlighted every year in a different municipality on the occasion of the gathering.
The event includes an opening concert, a day with the participation of all regional bands and a series of summer musical animations at the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car.
