The reflection of the sky - Thoules lakes

Guided excursion (loop itinerary) to the Thoules lakes in the By basin (2326 metres above sea level), above Ollomont. Two mirror-like pools of water situated in the alpine meadows reflect the peaks of the surrounding mountains. Return to Glassier following the Gaula trail.

Time of the hike: 2h30 (climb)

Height difference: 670 metres approx.

Difficulty: E (for hikers)

Meeting time and place: 9.30 a.m. parking in Glassier (Ollomont)

Recommended clothing equipment and materials: layered clothing, trail/trekking shoes, wind-proof jacket, sun glasses, thermos with water.

In case of bad weather: participants will be contacted the evening before.

In case of bad weather the excursion will be cancelled, or an alternative excursion will be proposed.Packed lunch.
