Valle d’Aosta is, without a doubt, a great outdoor “gym” for those that love hiking and ski-touring races, and thanks to its breathtaking views it also knows how to give incredible thrills.

And in the “ski-touring” scene there is a race that for many years is a steady point for champions and fans alike and has gained international fame, it is the “ Millet Tour du Rutor Extrême”, the pride and joy of Corrado Gex’s ski club that organizes the event with couples.

Three days of epic challenges at the edge of the sky, 75 km of real off-piste, 40 km of ascent, 32 km of acrobatic descents and 5 km of aerial ridges. and the scenery where the it is held, the Rutor glacier, surrounded by the trail, is unique.

The Tour du Rutor is the result not only of the organizing efforts of the members of the Gex Ski Club, but also of the absolutely essential collaboration of many volunteers, all of them huge mountain lovers.
