Welcome to this yoga practice, which combines fluid and dynamic movements, representing the Yang aspect, with a more static and introspective sequence, the Yin aspect.
We will experience prolonged immersion in Asanas with Yin Yoga, and venture into the depths of our consciousness, approaching a conscious sleep state with Yoga Nidra.
This practice will help the mind and body reclaim a new balance and activate sensations of deep peace and harmony within us.
