Single class: 15 euros
5-class package: 60 euros, valid for 2 months
10-class package: 100 euros, weekly frequency
Seminars: 25 euros, 20 euros if you already have a yoga package

We welcome you to this practice, during which we will move slowly, gently guiding our bodies through the different asanas, in a gradual flow that will help us become more aware of our body and breath.
This practice is suitable for those still becoming familiar with yoga, for anyone feeling the need to slow down, or simply wishing to immerse themselves in gentle, mindful movements to reconnect with themselves.
