The multisport course, organised by the Monterosa Academy association, takes place every afternoon from Monday to Friday and is designed for children and young people aged 6 to 16 who want to improve their skills in different sport acitivities.
The week is divided into 3 afternoons of mountain biking, 1 afternoon of trekking with a nature guide and 1 afternoon of tennis.

  • Mountain biking: qualified instructors will guide the young bikers through an introduction to mountain biking. The first session will take place in the Bike School where the basics of this discipline will be set out. This will be followed by excursions in the area tailored to the level of the participants.
  • Trekking: discovering nature amidst adventures, legends and Walser culture.
  • Tennis: group lesson to learn something more about this beautiful sport. Lessons on clay courts with qualified instructors.

On request there is the possibility of joining a single MTB course (3 afternoons) or individual hiking and/or tennis lessons.

  • Multisport course open to all young people, from experts to beginners, aged 6 to 16
