• from 4.30pm to 7.30pm - individual race bib collection
• 6.00pm - team captains’ meeting for both the individual and the vertical races

Saturday 11th February
on the competition course

• from 7.00am to 8.00am - individual race bib collection
  starting area Arp du Jeu
• 9.00am - pre-individual race team captains’ meeting
  at the Bar Tennis in Etroubles
• from 4.30pm to 7.30pm - vertical race bib collection

Sunday 12th February
on the competition course

• from 7.00am to 8.00am - vertical race bib collection
  starting area Arp du Jeu
• 9.00am - pre-vertical race team captains’ meeting

Ceremonies

• Flower ceremony directly on the competition course immediately after the arrival of the top 3 finischers
• Awarding ceremony, to follow on the arrival area, in Arp de Jeu
