The Alpine Guides' Festival is celebrated in several villages in the Aosta Valley with spectacular displays of climbing skills and rock manoeuvres.
The rendezvous is in the morning at the Lillaz climbing gym for a crag climb. The activity is free for young and old.

In the afternoon, in Cogne, lowering of the Guides from the bell tower in collaboration with Soccorso Alpino Valdostano, followed by Holy Mass.
In the evening, the procession of the Assumption, again in the company of the Alpine Guides.
