The Estoul lakes in Brusson, an itinerary absolutely worth discovering

Departure from Estoul in Brusson, following a comfortable trail through larch forests that gradually gives way to alpine meadows and peat bogs.
With a bit of luck, you may spot chamois and ibex along the way until you reach the peaceful Estoul basin, where the two beautiful lakes reflect the surrounding mountains.
On the way back, across blooming pastures, you will visit a family-run alpine farm that produces excellent cheeses.
Packed lunch required.
In case of bad weather, the hike will be cancelled.
Recommended clothing, equipment and materials should be appropriate for the season.
