The reservation is confirmed only when the minimum number of participants is reached. We will confirm the excursion no later than 2 days before the chosen date.
In case of non-confirmation it will be possible:
- Evaluate together with our booking department a valid alternative for the customer at the same price and excursion quality. Any price additions will be calculated separately.
- Issue a voucher of the same amount spent to be used for any other experience carried out by Tourism Experience valid until 31 December 2022
- Request a refund of the amount paid in case of impossibility to take advantage of one of the two previous cases.
