Interesting excursion in the hearth of the forest to discover the edible and medicinal herbs growing in the Mascognaz valley. Participants will explore the forests, searching for edible and medicinal plants hidden among trees and moss, learning to recognize and use them. At the end of the excursion there will also be the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch, having herbs as basic ingredients of the main dishes proposed by the chef of the restaurant Hôtellerie de Mascognaz

Recommended clothing, equipment and materials: hiking boots, mountain backpack and thermos with water.
