Lochien lake - a view on the Monte Rosa

Circular day excursion starting from the Mandrou hamlet, going up towards the Metsan alp, continuing through the fir and larch forest until reaching the "terrace" where Lake Lochien mirrors the Monte Rosa massif, then descending into the Vallone of Nana and its pastures until reaching the historic Ru Courtaud which for some stretches will accompany the return to Mandrou.
