9 am   Meting at the Minicipality in Emarèse (Hamlet Eresaz). From there bus transfer to Challand-Saint -Victor)

  • Join Cultura in cammino for one of ten guided excursions in the Aosta Valley exploring the Via Francigena and the Cammino Balteo.

A unique way to walk through history and experience the charm of slow travel.

Hike from Challand-Saint-Victor  to Emarese  to discover the Cammino Balteo  among spectacular Alpine landscapes, authentic villages, castles, churches, and Roman-era remains, accompanied by expert hiking guides.

Further information:

  • In case of light rain, the excursion will still take place.
  • The dogs must be kept on a leash, and, during the bus transfer, they must wear a muzzle.
  • Video recordings will be made during the day. If anyone does not wish to be filmed, they must inform the organization at the start of the day.
  • It is necessary to bring clothing suitable for hiking, appropriate footwear, and also hiking poles are recommended 
  • Meet at 9 a.m. in front of the Municipality in Emarèse (hamlet Eresaz). From there, transfer to Cahlland-Saint-Victor 
  • The excursion ends with refreshments.
