Shinrin - yoku.. .The beneficial power of trees

A full day hike in the Great St. Bernard valley dedicated to discover the beneficial power of trees, to regain energy, live an unforgettable exclusive experience in direct contact with nature.

The itinerary starts from Eternod (Etroubles) and reaches the Barasson pastures. You will be accompanied by the Hiking guide Flavio Dalle. The hike is only for adult hikers.

• Time of the hike: 2h30 (one way) – 2h30 (way back)
• Difficulty: E (for hikers)
• Height difference: 300 metres
• This hike is suitable for adult hikers
• Recommended clothing and equipment: comfortable warm clothing, trekking boots, trekking poles, rucksack
