Recommended clothing: hiking boots, a hiking backpack large enough to contain a thermos, snacks and a packed lunch. Layered clothing suitable to the season, water-proof jacket cap and gloves. Hiking poles are highly recommended.

The itinerary starts crossing e very beautiful forest with warm autumn colours. The forest at a certain point becomes thinned, and your gaze opens over a small corner of paradise. You have two different choices to recover your energies at the end of the climb. The first choice is to have lunch at the Barma refuge, which is a very nice and cosy place, and above all, offers excellent cuisine. The second one is to take a packed lunch with you.
