Walking Eating in Brusson

An itinerant journey through the high altitude restaurants to discover the Walser villages of the Val d’Ayas and the flavors of the cuisine of the Valle d’Aosta. A walk to stations between 4 high-altitude refreshments to enjoy a day immersed in nature and good food.
It starts with a cheese tasting at the Dondeynaz Gamba Farm in Brusson, continues to the restaurant “Les Ours Gourmands” where you will be waiting for the first, you get to “The Poplar” for the second and ends at “L’Agrifoglio” with dessert and coffee.
At the time of booking you will be given a map with all the stations indicated and it is up to you to find the restaurants.

Wear: Layered mountain clothing suitable to spend the day outdoors, water bottle, windproof and sneakers.
