The Agriturismo Au Jardin Fleury is a family-run farm located in Frazione (or hamlet) Bourg (Chieftown).
The dining room is furnished with furniture and accessories recuperated during the facility’s renovation, combined with a splendid larch wood floor that makes the room warm and cozy.
The dishes are traditional and the farm restaurant uses 80% of the products produced on the farm.
The agriturismo is located at 720 meters above sea level on a beautiful plateau with secular chestnut trees close to the shrine of Machaby.
The structure is a rural building which has been adapted to serve as an agritourism restaurant.

This property is located in the alpine pasture along the promenade that connects the Col de Joux to the Monterosa on the route of the Ru Courtaud.
The agritourism is located near the ski slopes in a unique natural setting and offers refreshment service and snacks with large dehors where guests can also relax near the little lake.
Located between two beautiful trails, the first one that leaves from Barmasc along the Ru Courtaud (about 1 hour by foot), the second one continuing from Tchavana towards Saint-Jacques where you also get the chance of admiring the Cervino. The agriturismo offers typical Valdostan dishes, particularly polenta with milk and brosse (type of cheese).

Rural building in stone and wood, renovated maintaining the typology and characteristics of the typical mountain houses. Located in the beautiful Champorcher valley, at the foot of the Mont Avic Natural Park.
La Ferme du Grand Paradis holiday farm is located in Valnontey, inside the Gran Paradiso National Park, at the start of the main hikes in summer and directly on the cross-country trails in winter.
The facility has a dining room with the recovery of ancient wood and local stone. The tourist farm has also a wood-burning oven whose warmth warms the environment, and offer to your guests a relaxing stay devoted to the good Valle d’Aosta cuisine prepared with the products of the adjacent farm (cheeses, meats, cured meats and vegetables).
The terrace offers to the guests a breathtaking view of the mountains in any season.
For guests it is possible to visit the barn and see the milking of the cows and goats; moreover, in the summer months all of La Ferme’s animals graze in the meadows in the immediate vicinity of the facility.
La Ferme is also committed to respecting the environment of which it is now a part, using only biomass for heating and for the hot water on the farm and the holiday farm. The management of the meadows foresees a certification of Organic Agriculture.
The family-run holiday farm makes it possible to give its guests all the attention they deserve for an unforgettable holiday to discover the traditions and true flavors of the Valle d’Aosta.
The tourism farm is run directly from the owners and it is located in the historical centre of Lillaz, a small village at 1617m in the Valley of Cogne.
This is a very old house dating back to 1600, nicely renovated in local style with wood and stones. From the site you can enjoy a nice view on the Gran Paradiso chain and further away of the Mont Blanc chain.
The Prasupiaz farmhouse, accessible with a easy 20-minute walk, welcomes its guests inside a small house in the woods in Valnontey mountain pasture in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The dishes offered are prepared with simplicity, are typical of regional cuisine and are created above all with products of own production. The Naturalys farm has been recently built, according to the principles of green building. It grows vegetables and small fruits and raises bees and chickens in a beautiful natural setting in the Lys Valley at the foot of the Monte Rosa. The farm, linked to the agricultural environment, offers exclusively vegetarian dishes prepared with its own products and is also an educational farm.
The farm offers customers the opportunity to appreciate the genuine flavors of home cooking and the pleasure of feeling enveloped in a simple and familiar environment.

The farm restaurant Blékéné is located in the Lys Valley in the municipality of Gressoney Saint-Jean, in the beautiful Loo Valley and more precisely in the village of Obre Loo. It is a building from the 18th century that has been skilfully restored using local materials, which offers a typical menu that will satisfy every guest in a warm and cosy dining room built in stone and wood.
The farmhouse can be reached from Gressoney-Saint-Jean following path number 12 from the hamlet of Loomaten or from Niel (hamlet of Gaby) following the Alta Via 1.

Mont Rosset is a family-run livestock farm, located in Montrosset, Jovençan, in a panoramic spot, outside the village. The wooden and stone building has been renovated without altering the original features. In the restaurant it is possible to taste typical dishes of the local tradition prepared mainly with the products of the farm.

The renovation works have preserved, intact, the architectural features of the time. Wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace always lit.
The farm restaurant offers different menus, depending on the season, to enhance the products of the farm in accordance with the food traditions of the region.
