"Ricottiamo?"
From the milk of our cows we can obtain many good cheeses: toma, Fontina, but also ricotta!
They all have a different history and preparation, the result of the skilful work of the dairyman!
Together we will discover how ricotta is created and we will build a clay colander that was formerly used in the transformation from milk to “ricotta”.
We are waiting for you!
Workshop for families with children from 6 to 12 years old. Maximum 7 children. Reservation within 12h00 of the same day
