"Filmontagna"

The first edition of Filmontagna, a travelling film festival dedicated to mountain films, was in 1992.
It provides a selection of the best international film productions about mountain-life and nature, screened in the main locations in the Aosta Valley region.
The festival focuses on the mountain in all its most varied aspects. As a result of the collaboration with Cervino Cinemountain Festival, it is able to show films that have received awards in the most important festivals in the sector all over the world. The film shows are often attended by prestigious guests, including famous climbers and film directors.
