FAI Autumn Days: Derby and its treasures

The locality of the municipality of La Salle will be the protagonist of the FAI Autumn Days 2022.
Accompanied visit to discover Derby and its treasures, through a walk in the village lasting about an hour.

Starting from the Derby Casermette you can admire:

• the Parish Church of Sant’Orso, probably dating back to the 11th century
• the Judicial Castle owned by the Church
• antique ovens
• the salon of a private house embellished with unknown coats of arms and symbols
• the Notarial Castle, open exclusively for the occasion, with the splendid viret
• office of the notary Vernaz
• the Tower of Justice
• the seventeenth-century private chapel of Sant’Orso

It will also be possible to learn about curiosities and anecdotes related to the village and the mysterious village of Veulotta. At the Casermette it will be possible to taste the Pan Ner freshly baked.

During the whole day a comfortable free shuttle service will take visitors to the cross-border festival Lo Pan Ner - Féiha di Pan Nèa in La Salle and the Foire d ‘automne dedicated to local food and wine products scheduled from 10:30am in Piazza Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto and in Piazza Giovanni XXIII, near the church of the village.
Appropriate clothing is recommended, especially in case of rain.
