Participation in the tasting is free.
Not only Show cooking takes place in various locations in the region with the aim of promoting excellent local products through the art and entertainment of cooking.
During the show, the Chef will prepare dishes with local ingredients, in particular using the four DOP products, which will then be offered to the public for tasting paired with Aosta Valley wines.
Each appointment will focus its attention on the different agricultural production chains, presented by technicians from the agri-food sector and expert sommeliers.
Musical entertainment precedes the show, cheering up the Campagna amica market, managed by Coldiretti Valle d'Aosta, where you can purchase the various products directly from the producers.
