4061 Maison Gérard is located in the picturesque and characteristic alpine village of Lillaz, upstream from the ancient village of Cogne, just a few hundred metres from the famous waterfalls of the same name. The structure has been designed as an ideal stopover for year-round stays dedicated to sport and relaxation, immersed in the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Renovated in an eco-sustainable key, it favours the use of natural materials, exploiting renewable energies, insulating the entire building, preventing any heat dispersion to guarantee high living standards and at the same time reducing the impact on the environment and limiting energy waste.

The structure has five flats: Punta Ceresole, Torre del Gran San Pietro, Torre Sant Orso, Roccia Viva and Herbetetet, which have been completely refurbished, equipped with furnishings and wood panelling that make the environment warm and cosy, and with new services and equipment in order to offer exciting holidays of high quality and ecologically sustainable.

Aosta Ovest-Aymavilles motorway exit. After the toll booth, turn right following the signs for Aymavilles-Cogne and head towards the town.
Go past Aymavilles castle, then, bending towards the right follow the regional road for approximately 20 km up to the built-up area of Cogne, the town centre. At the roundabout turn left and follow the road up to the next roundabout, where you need to carry straight on for a few more kilometres and go uphill towards Lillaz, where you will find the hotel.

The nearest train station is in Aosta.
