Minimum services guaranteed by the company responsible:

• cleaning of the accommodation and supply of bedlinen and towels for each new occupant and change of the same at least once a week;
• electricity, water and heating;
• maintenance of the accommodation and technological systems;
• repair and replacement of furniture, fittings and accessories;
• reception area, contacts and assistance for guests;
• equipment necessary for conserving and cooking food.
