How to get there
Aosta Ovest highway exit. Follow the directions for Saint-Pierre. Just after the castle, turn right on the road for Saint-Nicolas and continue on to Vètan.
An easy an well-marked tour with few objective risks and various ascent routes. The climb is fully in the sun.
Description of the route
Leave your car at the end of the road and climb on the plateaus above the town. Continue along the gentle slopes towards the top. Keeping to the left, you’ll reach a clear rise. Follow it and cross a steeper segment on the right to the gap on the left of the peak. Follow the ridge on skis to the summit.
