Aymavilles Castle opens to the public from 14th May 2022
From Saturday 14 May 2022 the Aymavilles castle will be definitively opened, enriching the cultural offer of the Aosta Valley Region consisting of 8 castles and 6 archaeological sites.
To celebrate this important opening, admission to the castle and park will be free on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May. An opportunity to visit this magnificent medieval and baroque residence in a flowery spring dress, which enhances even more the scenography of the park and the elegance of the facades.
The visit will be enlivened by moments of entertainment and leisure, especially dedicated to families and children.

Entertainment program:
Saturday 14th May
- 10.00 am, 11.00 am and 12.00 am - The Kamishibai Theatre, for children up to 10 years old, is a form of Japanese show in which the illustrations are accompanied by stories and sound effects, in reference to the graceful and refined oriental-setting scenes depicted at the interior of the castle.
- 3.00 pm, 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm - The Fairy Tales of the Castle are dedicated to children aged 0 to 10 who, in the shade of the fir trees, will participate in the narration of the tale The magical sand castle, specially conceived and dramatized for the Aymavilles castle.
Sunday 15th May
- 10.00 am, 11.00 am and 12.00 am - I Musicattoli is a fun workshop dedicated to two age groups (3-5 and 6 -10 years), in which children can build their own sound toy by themselves.
The Guessing game of the Castle, for children aged 3 and over, is a puppet show whose protagonist crosses woods and castles in search of a special prize. - 3.00 pm, 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm - Fairy Tales of the Castle (children from 0 to 10 years) - Guessing game of the Castle (children aged 3 and over)
