Donnas in blossom: flavours, nature and tradition

In the streets of the village of Donnas, a lively market exhibition comes to life, dedicated to agri-food products, nursery plants and farmyard animals.

The event offers agricultural-themed activities for enthusiasts, families and the curious alike: learning how to take care of a vegetable garden and a chicken coop, visiting the ecomuseums and discovering the local area.
A perfect opportunity to experience rural life, meet local producers and be inspired by the rural beauty of the Aosta Valley.

Take advantage of the event to also visit:

  • the Tréby Dairy Ecomuseum (2:00 pm-5:30 pm)
  • the Vine and Wine Ecomuseum (9:00 am-5:00 pm)
  • the Donnas branch of the “Lou Dzeut” Cooperative, which preserves the tradition of hand-weaving hemp cloth from Champorcher (9:00 am-12:00 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm)
  • the ancient Roman road

The programme also includes initiatives linked to the Fort of Bard and a free shuttle service.
