- At 9:30: Introduction to milk processing
- At 10:30: Practical Part: production of various types of cheeses
- At 12:30: Tasting of farm products
- At 14:00: Cheese aging in the Cellar and then visit to the Stable
Cost, including course and tasting: €60 per person
