Yoga at the Brusson lake: Vinyasa/Yin Yoga

Vinyasa/Yin Yoga, more dynamic practices (vinyasa) or more static and relaxing ones (yin yoga), including asanas, pranayama, meditation, and final relaxation accessible to everyone

It is recommended to bring the following materials:

• non-slip mat (yoga, pilates, etc.)

• blanket

• cloth strap if available (yoga strap, bathrobe belt, martial arts belt, old scarf, or gym resistance band)

• yoga blocks if available

• comfortable clothing

• extra sweatshirt if practicing outdoors (optional).
