Hatha Yoga, complete practices of asana, pranayama, meditation and final relaxation accessible to everyone

It is recommended to have the following materials:

• non-slip mat (yoga, pilates, etc.)
• blanket
• cotton strap if available (yoga strap, or bathrobe belt, or martial arts belt, or an old scarf, or a gym band)
• yoga blocks if available
• comfortable clothing
• extra sweatshirt if practicing outdoors (optional).
