For several years now, it has become a staple of the August calendar: group yoga sessions in Chamois, a charming village in the Matterhorn Valley accessible only by cable car.

When & Where:

• Days: Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until August 29th.
• Location: The panoramic terrace at the Chamois playground, located near the top cable car station.

Participation: The practice is open to everyone, including experienced practitioners, beginners, and children over the age of 6 (must be accompanied by an adult).

Requirements:

• Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
• A liability waiver confirming you are in good health for physical activity must be signed on-site.

How to Book: Reservations must be made via WhatsApp by the evening before the session.
