Milan Junior Camp residential, with overnight stay at the Hotel De Cahmpoluc: the Camp starts on Sunday afternoon and ends on Saturday morning with the last training session, the delivery of diplomas and greetings.

To this Formula called Full, are added the proposals Day Camp and Half Camp for residents and those who are on holiday with the family.

Each participant will receive the Puma Milan Junior Training Kit (different items in relation to the chosen formula). The Staff is made up of an AC Milan Coach, a Coordinator - organizational reference point for children and families - and qualified coaches selected by AC Milan (one coach for every 15 boys, divided by age).

JUNIOR FORMULA - 2 workouts per day:
The fee includes: a Puma MJC Training Kit, full board hotel stay (6 nights, check-in Sunday afternoon and check-out Saturday morning), 24 / 24h staff assistance, recreational activities, insurance, certificate of participation.
Junior training kit: 2 t-shirts, 2 shorts, 2 pairs of socks, 1 tracksuit, 1 backpack.

FORMULA DAY - 2 workouts per day:
The fee includes: a Puma MJC Training Kit, lunches at the hotel (Monday to Friday), recreational activities, constant assistance from the staff, insurance, certificate of participation.
Milan Day training kit: 2 t-shirts, 2 shorts, 2 pairs of socks, 1 tracksuit, 1 backpack.

HALF DAY FORMULA - 1 workout per day:
The fee includes: one football training per day, Half Puma MJC Training Kit, staff assistance, insurance, certificate of participation.
MJC Half Milan Day training kit: 2 t-shirts, 1 shorts, 1 pair of socks, 1 gym-bag.

TYPICAL DAY

  • 9.00 Reception and entry procedures, possibly limited (updated according to health regulations)
  • 9.30 - 11.30 Training
  • 11.30 - 12.15 Playful-sporting activity
  • 12.30 - 15.15 Lunch and entertainment activities
  • 15.45 - 17.15 Afternoon training
  • 17.15 - 17.30 Personal hygiene and snack
  • 17.30 End of the day
  • 19.30 - 20.30 Dinner
  • 21.00 - 22.30 Evening entertainment. Final moment of the day, with playful activities coordinated by the staff and a brief evaluation of the progress of the day.
  • From 22.00 Night rest

The Milan Junior Camp are weekly football courses organized under the guidance of AC Milan technicians that combine sport, fun and relaxation in the best possible way, without ever neglecting the educational and training dimension.
The football activities, designed according to the abilities of boys and girls, include two fun and engaging daily workouts, based on AC Milan training methodologies and stimulating recreational activities.
The staff in each Camp is made up of an AC Milan Technician, Technical Staff and a Coordinator, organizational reference point for children and families.

The trainings will be carried out at the Champoluc sports field. 11-a-side fields in natural/synthetic grass, used for the retreat of football teams of all series. Equipped with changing rooms with services.

The stay, and lunches for Full and Day formulas, will be at the Hotel De Champoluc***, located 5 minutes from the football field.
