The Association of hiking guides Alpenstock organizes some excursions during the spring season in the Gressoney valley. This excursion in particular, is dedicated to botanical enthusiasts for two main reasons: it reveals them the secrets of the herbs and gives them the necessary elements for the recognition of officinal and edible herbs. These herbs are useful for body health and care as well as for culinary recipes.
