The Association of hiking guides Alpenstock organizes some excursions in the Gressoney valley during the spring season. This excursion in particular, is dedicated to botanical enthusiasts for two main reasons: first it reveals them the secrets of the herbs, and second, it gives them the necessary elements for the recognition of officinal and edible herbs. These herbs are useful for body health and care as well as for culinary recipes.
