The Association of hiking guides Alpenstock organizes some excursions during the spring season in the Gressoney valley. This excursion is dedicated especially to women who want to become more independent in the mountains, learning how to move independently, and avoid dangers in unknown environments.

• Time of the hike: 5 hours
• Height difference: 400/500 metres
• Difficulty: E (for hikers)
• Number of participants: minimum 5/ maximum 20 persons
• Recommended clothing equipment and materials: trekking shoes, wind stopper jacket, fleece pull-over, backpack and packed lunch
