Picnic at the viewpoint of Gillarey - Free excursion organized and offered by the “Centre Culturel Abbé Trèves to celebrate the commitment of the founder of the Jeune Vallée d’Aoste movement in defence of the mountain environment
From the small village of Triatel you will ascent to the Petit-Monde valley up to the basin (or lake) of the hydroelectric power station. The route continues along the mule track to Gilliarey and then crosses a larch forest up to the viewpoint and to the oratory of Gilliarey. A magical place whose owner published the letters written by the Abbé Trèves in 1967.

Difficulty: Experienced hikers trail. The route has some steep and exposed sections
