Festival of the fromadzo dop of the Aosta Valley produced by the fromagerie Haut Val d’ayas of Brusson
This is the first regional festival of fromadzo dop, one of the 4 dop of Valle d’Aosta with fontina, lardo d’arnad and jambon de bosses.
Currently the HVDA fromagerie is the only certified producer of the product and the objective of the event is to create identification between fromadzo dop and the territory of Val d’ayas and to become a fixed appointment every year!
